Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Beam, operated by Dhrunova ("Dhrunova", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Beam is a general-purpose tool, and how you use it is your responsibility.

Only download what you have the right to

You may only use Beam to download content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have explicit permission from the rights holder to download. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of any content is lawful. Downloading copyrighted material without permission may be illegal in your jurisdiction, and doing so is a violation of this policy.

Respect third-party platforms

When you provide a link from a platform such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, or Reddit, you must comply with that platform's own terms of service. Beam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these platforms, and using Beam does not grant you any rights in their content.

Prohibited uses

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
  • Download or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Access, download, or redistribute private, confidential, or non-public material without authorization.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls on any platform or on the Service.
  • Overload, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Rights disclaimer

Beam does not host, store, or distribute any media content, and provides no license or right to any content you access using it. All rights in downloaded content remain with their respective owners. Any copyright liability arising from your downloads rests with you, not with Dhrunova.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches it, without notice and at our discretion. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
