Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account email. If you create an account or sign in, we store the email address associated with your account so we can identify you and sync your history.
• Device and network signals for the free cap. To enforce the free daily download limit we store a hashed version of your IP address and a device identifier. These are used to count downloads and prevent abuse, not to identify you personally.
• Download history. For signed-in users we keep a short record of your recent downloads (such as the platform, title, and format) so it can appear in your account and sync across devices.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to Beam Pro, payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We receive a subscription status and identifier, but we never receive or store your full card details.

Information we do not collect

We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not log the actual media files you download or retain the source URLs beyond what is needed to perform the operation you requested. Once a download is complete, the file is yours and is not stored on our servers.

Cookies and advertising

The free tier of the Service may show ads served by third-party advertising networks. Those networks may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, including device identifiers, to serve and measure ads, and they act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. On the free tier an ad may occasionally open in a separate browser tab or window; you can close it at any time. Beam Pro is completely ad-free.

Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential or advertising cookies are set, and you can decline. If you decline, we do not load personalized third-party ad tracking. Essential cookies that keep you signed in and keep the Service working are always used. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the pages operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices.

How we protect data

The Service is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to stored data is restricted. Payment card details never reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third parties we use

• Supabase for our database and authentication.
• Vercel for hosting and content delivery.
• Razorpay for subscription payments.
• Advertising networks that may serve ads on the free tier.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is needed for them to provide their service to us.

How long we keep data

We keep account and history data for as long as your account is active. The hashed signals used for the daily cap are short-lived and are rotated on a rolling basis. When you delete your account, we remove the personal data associated with it, except where we must keep records to comply with the law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email legal@dhrunova.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
