Beam

DMCA and Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Beam, operated by Dhrunova ("Dhrunova", "we", "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Beam is a general-purpose tool that does not host, store, or distribute any media content; it acts only on links that users provide. Even so, we take copyright seriously and will respond to valid notices of claimed infringement.

Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe that the Service has been used to infringe your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated agent at abuse@dhrunova.com. To be effective, your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the specific URL or feature involved).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to abuse@dhrunova.com. A counter-notice should include your signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Please do not make false claims. Under applicable law, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Send a notice only if you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
